Taking Care of Yourself (and a little discount on accountability coaching)

As we settle into the heat of summer and accept the evolving state of affairs, life may feel slightly less chaotic and just plain uncertain. Over the years, I've become accustomed to finding moments of calm amidst the chaos. The past four months have given me plenty of opportunities to practice what I preach - some days with more success than others! As the saying goes, the only constant thing is change!

No matter what is happening around us, I know for sure that when you take care of yourself, you're better able to take care of all the rest.

As a coach, I help busy women navigate the intersection of work, life, and wellness. It's often (if not ALWAYS) a complicated and sticky place, but you can gain clarity through coaching.

I believe each of us has the agency and ability to make positive changes to navigate the demand of life better. I help clients identify the resistance, challenges, frustrations, and hopes. One of my super-powers is assisting others to see how strong and capable they are - especially those who doubt their abilities and strengths. Together, we can identify priorities and small steps that lead to a meaningful and joyful life. I support clients in crafting a plan for thriving. You can count on me to:

  • Listen with an empathetic and unbiased ear.

  • Ask provocative questions that allow you to think about what matters most. Help you set goals, see your strengths, identify supports, and establish small promises that lead you to those goals.

  • Develop micro-practices that bring you peace and purpose throughout your busy day.

  • Affirm that your efforts matter and that your work and life can reflect your values and goals.

I've worked with dozens of adults, mostly women, who are unsure of what they should do, who they should be, what they feel passionate about, and how to define and crush goals. I've been one of those people, too! We all struggle with overwhelm, self-doubt, and conflicting priorities.

Like any good coach, I strive to put myself out of a job. You shouldn't need me forever, though I am happy to stay connected. My work is to show you that you've got what you need inside of you and that you, in the word of my fellow coach, Abbe Jacobson, are the expert of you. I'm here to help you do the work that gets you to the place where you see and believe you ARE the expert of you. Often the best way to jump-start yourself into the next chapter or along an unexpected path is some laser-focused Accountability CoachingWe meet by phone or Zoom for just 20 minutes a week for four weeks to get you centered, focused, and headed in the direction you choose.

If you're curious about coaching, let me suggest we connect through a complimentary Discovery Call. In this 20 minute call, we learn a bit about each other and talk more about coaching - start that process right  - “Let’s Chat” .

Now through July 30th, I am offering $50 off my four-week Accountability Coaching package. This lets us talk by phone or Zoom for 20 minutes a week - to help you set and achieve small goes that support your priorities, needs and goals. Simply enter “SUM20” at check out.

I’d love to help you do the things that bring you purpose and joy and a bit more peace as we rock and roll with 2020!
